Group Supervision

A supportive place for clinicians to grow

Group supervision sessions are often monthly/ every six weeks depending on the needs of the group. Group supervision is a supportive space for clinicians to share experiences, learn from peers and the supervisor, explore their understanding of themselves as clinicians and the clients and communities they work with. Group supervision is a forum where issues of practice can be explored within the parameters of a useful framework, where intrapersonal awareness and interpersonal relationships can be developed. Group members recieve and provide validation regarding professional practice, reduce self-doubt and find common ground with other clinicians and find support for balanced and ethical decision-making.

Group Supervision can be provided within work places for existing teams. I am happy to travel to your work place and provide group supervision on-site or the group can take place in my North Perth Office. Contact me to discuss rates and arrangements.

If you are an individual interested in participating in group supervision, I have a number of in-person or online groups that professionals are welcome to join. Contact me to discuss your needs and I will find the right group for you. In-person groups are $115 per person and on-line groups are $100 per person. Again,New Graduates are eligible for a 20% discount.

It is a maximum of 6 participants in all my groups to ensure every member has ample airtime.

Critical incident group supervision

Whereas group supervision is an ongoing commitment, critical incident supervision can be provided for 3-4 sessions after a critical incident has occurred that involves a number of people in the workplace.
